Welcome to ‘Georgie & Holly’
I am Georgie the owner and chief product maker, and the beautiful canine is Holly the Rottie.
From our home in the heart of the Peak District, we hand make our all-natural, eco-friendly skincare products.
Handmade Natural Skincare
Our business was born out of a love of nature, crafting and a wish of producing chemical and plastic-free products. Our aim is to be as natural and as eco-friendly as possible in every part of the process, from our naturally sourced ingredients and our zero-waste goal to our recyclable packaging.
All our products are made with natural oils and butters, scented with pure essential oils and coloured with natural clays and plants. All of which have been chosen for their beneficial properties for the skin and the mind. You will find the full list of ingredients and their benefits on the product pages in our online shop.
Our products have all been safety assessed and are all SLS and paraben free, cruelty free, vegan friendly (except the Sensitive Goat Milk & Oats handmade soap), and do not contain Palm Oil.
Our hope is that you fall in love with our products and help us to do the best for our bodies and the environment.
Our Holly
Many people ask me about Holly, so allow me to properly introduce her to you.
For 7 years, Holly was my wonderfully loyal canine companion. She was always by my side, my pal, my rock; so of course I had to include her in my new business idea. She was my muse, inspiring me to also delve into options for an all-natural soap suitable for dogs (coming soon!).
Sadly, we lost Holly in January 2021 to heart complications. It was sudden and we were heartbroken, but she lives on in our hearts, in our memories and in the business.
We always have her photo and our ‘mini Holly’ on our market stalls so our customers can see her.
I would also like to introduce you to the newest member of our family, Nova (the gorgeous pup on the rock). Nova has filled our hearts with happiness once again and loves to greet our customers at the markets.
