How long does my order take to ship?

We aim to ship orders within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail.

1st Class (1-2 working days from dispatch) £6.00

2nd Class (2-3 working days from dispatch) £3.50

1st Class Tracked (1-2 working days from dispatch) £8.50

2nd Class Tracked (2-3 working days from dispatch) £5.50

Postage is free on orders over £50

Do you offer international shipping? 

International shipping can be arranged.

Do you offer shipping to the EU? 

Unfortunately we are currently unable to sell to the EU.

What is your return policy? 

If you order from us and it reaches you in damaged condition, please let us know immediately. We will happily offer a replacement or refund on any damaged product returned to us within seven days of your receipt, provided it is returned in its original packaging, in an unused condition.

Please email us on georgieandholly@outlook.com with your name, order number and a picture of the issue. We will provide you with a return address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge or send you a refund.

We regret that we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in a non-saleable condition.
